Kelly Durling is an accomplished property management professional with extensive experience in both commercial and residential sectors. Currently serving as a Commercial Property Manager at KeyPoint Partners, LLC since May 2023, Kelly has previously held similar roles at Foxfire Property Management from June 2022 to May 2023, and at CP Management from November 2010 to June 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing various property management functions. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Administrator at Dunbarton Elementary School, under the Principal’s direction, and working as a Hospital Administrator at Concord Hospital, where management of the emergency department and staff coordination were key responsibilities. Kelly's educational background includes a degree from Plymouth State University and ongoing professional development through IREM - Institute Real Estate Management since February 2019.
