Daniel Cox is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior People Generalist at Keypath Education since February 2021, Daniel has held various roles, including Senior Talent Acquisition & Total Reward Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior experience includes a position as an HVH Recruiter at Amazon, focusing on high-volume hiring initiatives, and serving as a Recruiting Manager at Farmers Insurance, where recruitment strategies were developed for the District 06 Office. Daniel also worked for over a decade as a Professional Recruiter at Cox Professional Resources Inc., specializing in engineering and manufacturing roles. Educational achievements include participation in the Future Leaders Program in Organizational Leadership at Keypath Education and studies at Waubonsee Community College, along with a high school diploma from Batavia High School, where skills in journalism, graphic design, and drafting were developed.
