Dalia Feldheim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organisational development, marketing, and education. Currently serving as an External Consultant at Deloitte and as the Founder and Co-CEO of Uppiness PTE. LTD., Dalia focuses on enhancing workplace culture through positive psychology. As the Founder and CEO of Flow Leadership Consulting, Dalia offers bespoke programs on happiness, diversity, and purpose-led branding. Additionally, Dalia holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Singapore Management University, teaching a core curriculum course on Happiness and Suffering. With a robust background in marketing leadership at Electrolux and Procter & Gamble, including award-winning campaigns and transformative strategies, Dalia has received global recognition for excellence. Academically, Dalia holds an Executive Masters in Counselling and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, and a BA in Business and Psychology from Tel Aviv University, among other qualifications.
