Shailesh Gadjiedas is an Executive Director at Benefits-Plaza within Keylane since March 2016, overseeing support for insurance, salary administration, and sickness absence systems via a unified platform. Prior to this role, Shailesh served as Project Manager at Benefits-Plaza B.V. and Application Specialist, managing client portfolios and acting as the main contact for relevant matters. Shailesh also gained experience as a Project Manager at the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship, contributing to the promotion of entrepreneurship in Europe, and participated in the GUESSS Research project at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Shailesh holds an MScBA in Entrepreneurship and New Business Venturing, a pre-master's degree in Business Administration, and a bachelor's degree in Financial Services Management from established educational institutions.
