Ian Sim is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Supply Chain & Planning Manager at Keycraft Global since August 2023, Ian previously held positions such as Supply Chain Development Manager at Scottish Leather Group, Head of Supply Chain at Barony Universal Products Plc., and Supply Chain Manager at Macrae Edinburgh (Youngs Seafood). Ian's career began with a long tenure at Coca-Cola European Partners, where Ian was the European Product Supply Manager responsible for outsourced contract packaging operations and supply management with international partners. Additionally, Ian owned The Games Shack, a computer games shop in Glasgow, and completed an industrial placement at IBM (UK) Ltd. Educationally, Ian holds a degree in Business Economics with Personnel Management from the University of the West of Scotland.
