Katrina M. Evans

EVP, Chief of Staff and Director of Corporate Center at KeyCorp

Trina Evans is the Executive Vice President and Director of Corporate Center for KeyCorp. She leads the company's shared services for enterprise communications, media relations, digital and traditional marketing, client analytics, government relations, community relations, sustainability, philanthropy, diversity and inclusion.

As Chief of Staff for KeyCorp, Trina is responsible for organizing and aligning strategic priorities, tactics, messaging, and operating rhythm for the CEO and the executive team. Her divisions play a key role in KeyCorp's ability to compete against national and global financial services firms by protecting and enhancing Key's reputation, differentiating value proposition, optimizing go-to-market strategies, delivering client insights, and integrating tactics and messaging for all stakeholders.

Trina leads the collective effort to ensure and advance KeyCorp's legacy as a responsible bank and socially responsible citizen through a $16.5 billion community benefits plan that is delivering community development, mortgages, small business lending, and transformative philanthropy to the underserved across a footprint that spans from Maine to Alaska.

She also serves as President of the KeyBank Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees for the First Niagara Foundation. In addition to oversight of all 12 of Key's award-winning employee resource groups, Trina has chaired both the Key's Women's Network and presently chairs Key's PRIDE group. She is the executive sponsor of the company's mentoring programs.

Trina's industry and civic footprint extend beyond the company. She serves on the Board of the Bankers Administration Institute. She is a member of the Boards of Trustees for the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation and College Now. She has been recognized as a Woman to Watch by Diversity Magazine and by the YWCA as a Woman of Achievement.

Trina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Case Western Reserve University, a Master of Business Administration from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, and a Master of Banking from the American Banker Association Stonier School of Banking at Georgetown University. She is also a graduate of Key's Executive Experience at Weatherhead.
