Hashem Aboulhosn, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2009, they started as an Associate at Vanedge Capital, where they worked until 2013 and also served as a Board Observer and Investor for Recon Instruments. From 2011 to 2015, they were a member of the Young Private Capitalists (YPC) Committee at the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. In 2013, they became a Partner at GBA Equity Partners Inc., specializing in acquiring and operating small to medium-sized businesses in the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Concurrently, they served as a Director at SpaceList, an online platform for commercial real estate, until 2015. In 2014, they became a Partner at Conconi Growth Partners, a family investment office focused on private debt, private equity, and venture assets. Hashem joined Keycafe the same year as a Director, responsible for managing access to properties through the installation of secure key kiosks. In 2017, Aboulhosn co-founded Edison Financial. From 2018 to 2019, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Lendesk, a financial technology company. Most recently, in 2019, they co-founded Rocket Mortgage Canada and currently holds the role of Co-Founder & President.
