Ian Dansey currently serves as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Key Tech Inc. since October 2023 and is the Founder and Electrical Engineer at CB Logic, LLC, providing contract hardware engineering design and consulting services since April 2021. Previously, Ian worked as a Project Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from March 2022 to October 2023, and as a Device Engineer at Alarm.com from March 2013 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the VDOT Center for Innovation and Research and the University of Virginia in 2012. Ian Dansey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia, attending from 2009 to 2013, and completed secondary education at Phoebus High School from 2005 to 2009.
