Heinrich Stander is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, technology, and career coaching. As the Owner and Founder of Rocket Fueled Futures since October 2017, Stander specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, emotional intelligence training, and individual career transition coaching, while also delivering keynote speeches on related topics. Currently serving as President and COO at Key Talent Associates since February 2022, Stander focuses on unlocking organizational potential in leadership and team dynamics. Prior to these roles, Stander had a significant tenure at The Kroger Co., where various leadership positions included General Manager roles overseeing digital solutions and enterprise data strategies. In addition to a background in software consulting and engineering, Stander holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
