Eric Nadeau is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in mechanical contracting, real estate, and property management. Currently serving as the Owner of Crosswind Mechanical since December 2023, Eric also holds a position as a Business Partner at Belt's Tree Service and a Licensed Realtor at Key Realty LTD, both roles established in 2021 and 2017, respectively. Prior experience includes managing HVAC operations at PowerVac of Michigan / ServicePro and working as a Mobile Engineer at JLL. Eric's technical background is complemented by a series of positions in operations and technician roles, including Boiler Operator/Refrigeration Mechanic for Wayne County Michigan and Field Service Technician at The Coca-Cola Company. Educationally, Eric Nadeau earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Real Estate License from Kaplan Career Institute-Detroit and training from Dale Carnegie.
