Sham Mathdevru has a Master's degree in Formulation Science from the University of Greenwich. From February 2010 to July 2011, worked as a Quality Associate at Bristol Laboratories Ltd. From July 2011 to June 2016, held the position of Scientific Officer at Napp Pharmaceuticals Limited. Currently, since June 2016, works as the Head Of Operations at KEY PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED/Redgrove Pharmaceuticals Ltd, overseeing regulatory affairs, quality assurance, project management, HR, and admin. Additionally, serves as the Regulatory Affairs Manager, providing leadership for EU regulatory submissions teams to obtain and maintain marketing authorizations for products in designated territories.
