Cameron Sumpter has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cameron is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Kevel since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Stedi as an Engineering Team Lead from April 2022 to August 2022 and as a Software Engineer from June 2020 to April 2022. Before joining Stedi, Cameron worked at Roomkey as a DevOps and Software Engineer from December 2017 to June 2020. Cameron started their career at NOLS - National Outdoor Leadership School, where they served as a Systems Administrator from August 2012 to June 2017 and as a Field Instructor from May 2014 to December 2017. Overall, Cameron's experience includes roles in software engineering, leadership, and outdoor instruction.

Cameron Sumpter attended Longwood University from 2009 to 2012. Cameron obtained a degree in Management Information Systems with a field of study in Business Administration and Management. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services and Wilderness First Responder from NOLS Wilderness Medicine.
