Nick Politi has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Customer Service Assistant at US Agriseeds. Nick then worked at ValleyCrest Companies from 2011 to 2014 as an Account Manager, where they gained experience in personnel management and running a small business. In 2015, they joined Wild Edibles as an Outside Sales Representative. The same year, they also started working at Sir Kensington's, first as a Southwest Field Marketing Manager, then as a Central Division Field Marketing Manager, and eventually as a National Food Service Marketing Manager until 2019. In 2019, they joined Kettle & Fire as an Affiliate Manager, and later became the Head of Partnerships in 2021 and the Director of Strategic Partnerships in 2022.

Nick Politi attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Nick also pursued a minor in Spanish at Universidad de Granada from 2008 to 2009, focusing on Spanish and International Trade. In addition to their formal education, Nick Politi earned a certification as a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor from the Irrigation Association in August 2013.
