Sophie Gagnon has a diverse work experience in the finance field. Sophie started their career as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Straumann Group in 2013 and worked there until 2015. Sophie then moved on to become an Order Management Representative before transitioning to an Accounts Receivable Specialist in 2016. In 2017, they became a Credit Analyst I and later a Credit Analyst II in 2018. In 2019, they worked at Signify as a Collections Specialist and then at The MFA Companies as a Collections and AR Coordinator. In 2020, they worked at TestEquity LLC as a Cash Application Specialist and is currently employed at Kettle Cuisine as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Sophie Gagnon completed their education at three different institutions. Sophie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating between the years 2014 and 2019. Before that, they attended Northern Essex Community College from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Business. Sophie's educational journey began at Methuen High School, where they obtained their diploma between 2005 and 2009.
