Viola Smaal has extensive experience in project management and ICT, currently serving as Ketenmanager at Ketenbureau i-Sociaal Domein since November 2016. Previously, Smaal held the position of Transition Project Manager at Atos since May 1995 and provided expertise as Acceptatie adviseur BRP en Migratievoorzieningen at Ministerie van BZK - Operatie BRP from November 2012 to October 2016. Additional roles include Interim Projectleider at Rijkswaterstaat and Interim Teamleider ICT Applicatiebeheer at Groene Hart Ziekenhuis. Smaal managed the e-Overheid for Burgers team at ICTU from September 2007 to June 2011 and worked as a Testmanager at the same organization from July 2005 to June 2006. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Medical Informatics from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
