Kirsi Sahlman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR systems and training management. Currently serving as Manager of Application Services at Kesko - K-Group since April 2014, Kirsi oversees the management and development of HR systems, leads HRIS projects, and provides critical support for HR process development, with a focus on efficiency and streamlining operations. Previous roles include Training Services Manager at K-instituutti Oy and Training Designer at K-kauppiasliitto, where Kirsi was responsible for training logistics and content development. Kirsi holds a Master of Business Administration from Häme University of Applied Sciences and multiple qualifications in human resource development and training design.
