Annika Sandell has extensive work experience in marketing and sales roles. Annika is currently working as the Marketing Operations Director for Grocery trade at Kesko - K-Group since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at K-Citymarket, Kesko as the Marketing Director from August 2017 to April 2023. Annika also has experience in roles such as Export Manager and Customer Marketing Manager at Hartwall from October 2014 to July 2017 and August 2010 to October 2014 respectively. Before Hartwall, they worked as a Sales Manager at Sanoma News from January 2009 to August 2010. Annika also has experience in sales roles at JATO Dynamics, Lumene Group, KPSS Finland (former Goldwell), Brittish American Tobacco, and Alfmix Oy.

Annika Sandell obtained a M.Sc. Econ. in Marketing from Hanken, Svenska handelshögskolan, completing their education from 1993 to 1998.
