Rachel G. currently serves as the Southwest Community Mobilization Manager at Keshet, a position held since May 2023, where responsibilities include organizing Jewish communities in Texas and the southwest to advocate for LGBTQ+ rights through public education, digital campaigns, political action, and strategic partnerships. Rachel also co-chairs the Keshet Organizational Culture Committee since January 2024. Prior to Keshet, Rachel held various roles at Big Cartel from March 2011 to February 2023, including Operations Director, Director of Support, and Customer Support Specialist. Additionally, Rachel was an Associate Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington from August 2008 to May 2010, teaching undergraduate courses in Public Speaking and Rhetoric. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Culture from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Radio-TV-Film from Texas Christian University.
