Trine Madsen currently serves as Chef for Kultur, HR og Sekretariat at Kerteminde Kommune since September 2024, overseeing departmental leaders responsible for various facets including law, communication, HR, and cultural activities. Prior to this role, Trine Madsen held several positions at Assens Kommune from August 2020 to September 2024, including Afdelingsleder for Kultur og Sekretariat, focused on leadership within the Culture and Leisure Department, direct oversight of the music school, and managing political matters related to cultural initiatives. Trine Madsen’s experience also includes roles as a project leader and consultant at DGI, and previously led volunteer programs at Faaborg-Midtfyn Kommune. Trine Madsen's educational background consists of a Cand. Scient in Idræt og Sundhed from the University of Southern Denmark, complemented by a diploma in leadership from UCL Erhvervsakademi.
