Bulat Mustafin is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Algorithmic Trader at Kershner Trading Group since June 2015, where responsibilities include automating Python-based trading strategies and managing the entire work pipeline from idea generation to model maintenance. Prior to this role, Bulat worked as an Associate at Lone Star Funds from July 2011 to March 2015, focusing on structured products asset management and financial analysis. Bulat also gained experience as a Senior Associate at Moody's Investors Service from August 2009 to August 2011, where rating RMBS was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes tutoring Spanish as a self-employed tutor between January 2004 and December 2007 and interning at Iron Horse Capital Management in 2006, where economic indicators were analyzed for reporting purposes.
