Krista Richards

Director Of Quality Assurance - Clinical Services at Kerry's Place Autism Services

Krista Richards has a diverse work experience in healthcare management roles. Starting as an Office Manager at St. Michael's Hospital in 2006, they later held various positions at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, including Manager of Outpatient Services, Capital Project Lead, Central Booking Manager, and Project Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Quality Assurance - Clinical Services at Kerry's Place Autism Services, where they are responsible for developing strategies to ensure quality outcomes for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Their experience includes leadership, supervision, resource management, and continuous improvement in healthcare settings.

Krista Richards holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Guelph, completed in 2004. Krista also obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from York University in 2007. In 2010, Krista completed the Rotman Executive Leadership Development Program at the University of Toronto. Later, in 2013, they pursued a Masters of Leadership in the Department of Management and Economics at the University of Guelph. Additionally, they received certifications as a Lean Facilitator in 2009 and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from York University.
