Winnie Poon has extensive work experience in the finance field. Winnie is currently a Senior Director, Finance at Kerry Properties Limited, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Deputy Group Financial Controller at Kerry Properties Limited from March 2019 to January 2022. Before joining Kerry Properties Limited, Poon worked at The Jardine Engineering Corporation, Ltd as the Group Financial Controller from July 2012 to February 2019. Winnie began their career at PwC, where they held the role of Senior Manager from January 2000 to July 2012.

Winnie Poon graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
