Kristy Hecker is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the HR Director for ANZ at Kerry, Kristy previously held several key positions within Woolworths Group, including Head of People & Culture for Brand & Marketing and Senior Culture & People Partner. Additional experience includes roles at Woolworths Supermarkets and British American Tobacco, where Kristy contributed as a Senior HR Business Partner focusing on marketing and supply chain, along with responsibilities as HR Business Partner for corporate functions and Senior Talent Manager. Kristy Hecker is an alumna of Blacktown Girls High School.
