David DelRosario serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Kerry since June 2024, leading a team focused on sustainable nutrition. Previously, as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Flywire from January 2022 to May 2024, David contributed to optimizing payment experiences for various industries. At Ingredion Incorporated, from November 2019 to January 2022, David directed global talent acquisition strategies for a Fortune 500 leader. David's earlier roles include Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Management at Oerlikon, where leadership spanned the Americas, and Director of International Recruiting at Crystal Equation Corporation, overseeing a global recruiting organization. David began a career in real estate as a broker at Baird & Warner before transitioning to talent acquisition. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from DePaul University.
