Evan Lema has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Evan started their career in 2010 at Alexion Pharmaceuticals as a Purification Manufacturing Associate, where they worked until July 2011. From July 2011 to February 2014, Evan worked at Organogenesis as a Cell Culture Production Associate. In 2014, they joined Horizon Discovery as an Associate Scientist and stayed there until December 2016. Currently, Evan is working at Keros Therapeutics, where they started in September 2016 as a Sr. Research Associate, and later promoted to Sr. Research Associate II from January 2018 to December 2019. Since January 2020, they hold the position of Associate Scientist at Keros Therapeutics.

Evan Lema attended Suffolk University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Philosophy.
