Laura Wheeler possesses extensive experience in integrated primary care and workforce development. As Director of Integrated Primary Care and Strategic Workforce Lead at KERNOW HEALTH CIC since May 2018, Laura has focused on enhancing healthcare delivery. Previously, Laura served as Director of Improvement at the South West Academic Health Science Network and as Senior Manager for Improvement and Performance at Cornwall Council, managing various significant health programs and projects. Laura's experience also includes strategic roles in workforce modernization at NHS Devon and NHS South West, demonstrating a commitment to improving health services and organizational efficiency. Laura holds a degree in Business and Law, as well as an HND in Public Administration from Solent University.
