Lauren O'Meara is the Chief Financial Officer at Kernel Foods, a plant-forward fast-casual concept that combines food and technology, since March 2024. Previously, Lauren held the position of Senior Director of Finance and Operations at DVF (Diane von Furstenberg) from February 2021 to March 2024 and served as Sr. Manager, FP&A at Richemont from February 2019 to February 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as an Independent Actuarial Consultant for Scor Re, Aviva, and Ark Life, an Actuarial Consultant at PwC, and a Pricing Actuary at Standard Life. Lauren holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from University College Dublin.
