Eric Geiger, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Senior Talent Advisor at Kern Health Systems since July 2021, having held roles such as Talent Acquisition Clinical Program Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Eric worked at Kern Medical as a Hospital Staff Recruiter from January 2016 to July 2021. Eric's experience also includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Managed Care Systems, LP, and National Health Services, Inc / Omni Family Health, as well as a Manager / Trainer / Parole Officer with the State of Arizona, ADJC, from July 2000 to July 2010. Eric's education includes attendance at the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2009 and Phoenix College from 1995 to 1998.
