Natalia Vostretsova is an experienced E-learning Designer and Developer currently employed at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing since April 2024. As the founder of BACK-UP-TEAM since June 2020, Natalia provides services in Quality Assurance, Multilingual DTP, Instructional Design, E-learning Development, and Project Management. Additional roles include E-learning Developer positions at Dotwords and KERN Global Language Services, as well as Quality Assurance and Multilingual Desktop Publishing specialist at Argos Multilingual. Previous experience includes User Interface Designer and E-learning Developer at TransPerfect, E-learning Localization Specialist at Transladiem, and Multilingual Desktop Publisher at McFelder Translations. Natalia holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics.
