Carine's career began in quality control at Soleco Légumes and S.D.V.S, where foundational expertise in HACCP and microbiology was established. Carine holds advanced degrees in production management and project management from reputable institutions, including Centrale Lille and l’Institut Administratif des Entreprises à Caen.
