Johanna Bracke has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2022, they joined Kerith as an Energy System Solution Engineer/CS. Prior to that, from November 2021 to May 2022, they worked at Fraunhofer UMSICHT as part of their Master's thesis, focusing on energy requirements for converting blast furnace gases to synthesis gas for basic chemical production.

Johanna also participated in the Mentee TANDEM-stud program at RWTH Aachen University from February 2021 to February 2022. During this program, they engaged in discussions with a mentor from the energy industry and attended various training and workshops to enhance their soft skills.

Furthermore, Johanna gained experience as a Student Assistant at the Institut für Elektrische Anlagen und Netze, Digitalisierung und Energiewirtschaft (IAEW) from April 2021 to October 2021. Johanna Bracke began their education in 2015 at RWTH Aachen University, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study in 2020. They subsequently enrolled in an Ausbildung program in Mediation und Konfliktmanagement at INeKO - Institut a. d.
