Charlie Casey has worked in the food industry for over 10 years. Charlie started their career as a General Manager at Leon Restaurants in 2011. Charlie then moved to Street Feast in 2015, where they were the Trader Ops Boss. In 2018, they became the Operations Manager at Farmer J. Most recently, they were the Interim Head of Operations at White Men Can’t Jerk from September 2020 to March 2021. Charlie is currently the Head of Food at KERB.
