Emilee O'Neill (Brown) is a seasoned sustainability professional currently serving as a Senior Sustainability Analyst at KERAMIDA Inc., where responsibilities include consulting on sustainability program development and greenhouse gas inventories. Previously, O'Neill worked as a Sustainability Consultant for the National Recycling Coalition, organizing a large virtual conference, and as a Field Organizer with Green Corps, leading grassroots efforts in support of climate legislation in Colorado. Additional experience includes roles at the Indiana Sustainability Development Program and Hillenbrand, where Emilee contributed to sustainability frameworks and community engagement initiatives. O'Neill also held leadership positions while studying at Indiana University Bloomington, where achievements include co-launching sustainability education initiatives and authoring the first sustainability framework for the Association of Big10 Schools.
