Sheena D. Franklin has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2000 with Interfaith Alliance as Coordinator, Congressional Affairs. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at Pathway Homes as Senior Coordinator, Federal Advocacy. Sheena D. then moved to Perkins Coie LLP, The Political Law Group, where they worked as Senior Specialist, Political Compliance & Affairs from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they worked at Grant Thornton LLP as Senior Manager, Government Relations from 2008 to 2010. Sheena D. then founded and became Principal of SDF & Associates in 2010. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Director of Government Relations at Walgreens. In 2018, they joined SDF Advisory as Senior Policy Advisor. Since 2019, they have been the Founder and CEO of K'ept Health, which provides a diagnostic clinical decision support system created to improve diagnostic accuracy, save time, and reduce patient harm through Kenney, an integrative and inclusive A.I. engine. Additionally, they are a Member of the Board of the Women's High-Tech Coalition.

Sheena D. also has an Executive Certificate from The George Washington University in Political Affairs & Public Relations. Sheena D.
