Bernardo Nogueira is a seasoned executive in the agricultural sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Diretor Comercial at Kepler Weber since December 2021. Prior to this role, Bernardo held notable positions at Bayer from April 2019 to December 2021 as Head of Licensing for LATAM, where responsibilities included defining strategic plans for licensing in the seeds and traits portfolio. Before Bayer, Bernardo was an Investor Partner at Monsanto Growth Ventures from October 2014 to December 2021, leading investments in technology startups and representing MGV in Brazil. Previous experience includes leadership roles at SGS from 2004 to 2014, where Bernardo managed U.S. Agricultural Services and was involved in significant acquisitions, as well as marketing responsibilities at Kleffmann Group. Bernardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Centro Regional Universitário de Espirito Santo do Pinhal, completed between 1998 and 2013, and has received executive education from Fundação Dom Cabral.
