Edouard Dubern has extensive experience in the finance industry, with their most recent role being Managing Director and Head of Debt Advisory at Kepler Cheuvreux since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Natixis from 2006 to 2021, holding various senior positions including Managing Director of Investment Banking, Executive Director of Acquisition & Strategic Finance, and Director of Acquisition & Strategic Finance. Before joining Natixis, Edouard worked at PwC as an Assistant Manager in Transaction Services from 2005 to 2006, and at E & Y as a Senior in Audit from 2002 to 2005.

Edouard Dubern received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 1999. Edouard then pursued a Master of Science in Management from emlyon business school from 1999 to 2002. Edouard later earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town starting in 2011.
