Neil Smith is an experienced Technical Manager with a sustained tenure in various food industry roles since 2006. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at TROY FOODS, Kepak Group, and Yorkshire Premier Meat Ltd since 2014, Neil has extensive expertise in technical and new product development functions, with a focus on supplying Beef, Pork, Lamb, Poultry, and Venison to major retailers and food services. Previous roles include interim Technical Manager positions at Speedibake and Scotbeef, along with a Technical Manager position at Greencore Foods. Neil holds a BSc in Applied Biology from Coventry University and A levels in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry from Kings Grammar School.
