Audrey Hough is an accomplished Human Resource professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Human Resource Director at Kepak Group since February 2016. Audrey has also held positions as Human Resource Business Partner, Manager, and Generalist within the company. In addition to this role, Audrey is a DEI Taskforce Member and Origin Green Mentor at the Agri-Food Diversity & Inclusion Forum (AgDIF), BordBia. Previously, Audrey has served as a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest and has held multiple HR consulting and advisory positions across various companies, including Elbit Systems of Australia and Ericsson. Audrey holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Psychology of Counselling, and a Bachelor of Social Science from reputable universities in Ireland.
