Mohit Sareen has extensive experience in service delivery and network performance management, currently serving as the Acting Service Delivery Director and Head of Service Delivery at Keolis Downer since January 2021. Prior roles at Keolis Downer include Network Performance Manager and Rail Operations Shift Manager. Prior to this, Mohit Sareen worked at the Department for Infrastructure and Transport from December 2009 to April 2021, holding positions such as Rail Operations Shift Manager and Network Operations Controller.
