Paul Ruh currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Kenvue since May 2023. Prior to this role, Paul Ruh held various leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson from January 2017 to May 2023, including CFO Designate for The Planned New Consumer Health Company and Group CFO for Consumer Health. Previous to that, Paul Ruh spent 17 years at PepsiCo, where responsibilities included SVP CFO roles across Latin America and overseeing Strategy and Business Development for PepsiCo Americas Beverages. Paul Ruh began their career at Procter & Gamble and gained consulting experience at McKinsey & Company. Educational credentials include an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Diploma of Education in IT from ETH Zürich, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics & Systems Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
