Winston Miller currently serves as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kentucky Housing Corporation, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Winston was the Deputy Secretary for the Finance and Administration Cabinet within the Commonwealth of Kentucky from January 2020 to November 2020, overseeing several critical departments and serving on various boards concerning economic development and infrastructure. Winston's extensive legal background includes serving as a Member at Frost Brown Todd from 1980 to January 2020 and as a Partner at Ogden, Robertson & Marshall from 1975 to 1980. Winston began a legal career as a Trial Attorney with the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice from 1970 to 1975. Winston holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Kentucky.
