Kelly Mullins is an experienced claims supervisor currently employed at Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance (KEMI) since November 2021. Prior to this role, Kelly served as a manager at Broadspire from February 1995 to October 2021, overseeing a team of workers' compensation adjusters across multiple jurisdictions including Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin. As a service center team manager for the largest client since 2016, Kelly demonstrated leadership skills in effectively managing claims operations. Earlier experience includes working as a claims representative, investigating and settling complex claims with minimal supervision. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Franklin University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
