John McClain has a strong background in IT support, currently serving as IT Support II at Kentucky Eagle, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, John worked as an IT Support Specialist at FCPS from July 2019 to October 2022. John earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sullivan University, where studies were completed between 2004 and 2007.
