Douglas Hall has extensive experience in both education and public service. Since June 2019, Douglas has served as the Golf Coach and Volleyball Coach at Floyd Central High School. In addition, Douglas has a long tenure with the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts, beginning in August 1999, where the role of Circuit Court Clerk has been held. From June 2020 to July 2021, Douglas also held the position of President of the Kentucky Circuit Court Clerks Association. Educational background includes attendance at Morehead State University from 1987 to 1989 and Prestonsburg Community College from 1985 to 1987, as well as graduation from McDowell High School from 1981 to 1985.
