Tomáš Vykydal has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Tomáš started their career in 2011 as a Quality Supervisor at Atento Česká republika a.s. and worked in this role until April 2013. From June 2013 to May 2014, they served as a Quality and Training Coordinator at the same company. In 2014, they joined ModusLink as a Customer Support Representative, where they worked until September 2015. Since October 2015, Tomáš has been working at Kentico Software, where they initially served as a Customer Care Manager until August 2017. From September 2017 to May 2020, they held the position of Head of Support and Consulting Services, and since May 2020, they have been serving as the VP Customer Success.
From 2005 to 2011, Tomáš Vykydal attended the Brno University of Technology, where they pursued a Master's degree in Business Management and Economics.
