Steve Soet has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on leadership roles. Steve started their career at Toyota in 1997 as an Assistant Group Leader and later joined Toyota North America in 1999 as Operations Design. In 2001, they joined Kent Quality Foods as a Plant Manager and eventually transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Steve has been serving as the President of Kent Quality Foods since 2014 and continues to hold this position.

Steve Soet attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Business Management.
