Stuart Cockett MBCS has extensive experience in ICT service management, currently serving as the KPSN Head of KPSN - Technical Operations Service Delivery Manager at Kent County Council since November 1998. In this role, Stuart leads a team focused on service delivery, contract management, and project development for the Kent Public Services Network, which supports 1,280 sites and 250,000 users across multiple public service sectors. Previous positions include Senior Technical Authority for KPSN re-procurement, Deputy Team Leader for 3rd line support, and Senior Support Engineer, with responsibilities ranging from project management to mentoring junior staff. Prior to Kent County Council, Stuart was the Site Hardware Manager at Canterbury Christ Church University, overseeing IT equipment maintenance for a large computer network. Educational qualifications include a BTEC ONC & HND in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from Canterbury Technical College.
