Rachel Santino is an accomplished Executive Editor at Roan & Weatherford | Hat Creek and has been a Copy Editor for Kensington Publishing and Wolfpack Publishing since 2022. Additionally, Rachel serves as a Fiction Editor, General and Transcript Proofreader, and Book Formatter at Armadillo Editing, refining authors' manuscripts for publication. Previous roles include Conference Chair for Women Writing the West and Book Judge for the Will Rogers Medallion Awards. A background in hospitality spans multiple well-known establishments in California and Oregon, and earlier experience includes operations management at the International League of Conservation Photographers and event management at the American Council for Capital Formation. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from James Madison University.
