Lakshmi Kundi has extensive experience in risk management and operational risk, currently serving as the Operational Risk Lead at Kensington Mortgages since July 2018, after holding the positions of Enterprise Risk Manager and Senior Risk Analyst. Prior to this, Lakshmi Kundi worked at BSI from June 2015 to July 2018, where roles included Group Internal Audit & Risk Executive and Group Risk Executive. Early career experience includes positions at KCP Ltd as UK/EU Maintenance and Stock Controller and Office Administrator from October 2013 to June 2015. Lakshmi Kundi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from Birmingham City University between 2010 and 2013, following education at Guru Nanak Sikh Secondary School from 2002 to 2008.
