Nesha Steele, SPHR, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nesha is currently serving as the Corporate Global Human Resources Director at Kensing since July 2021. Prior to this, Nesha worked at Nouryon from July 2019 to July 2021 as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner, where they were responsible for daily management of multiple locations and oversaw various HR functions including labor relations, talent management, performance management, and recruiting.

Before joining Nouryon, Nesha worked at Bido Business Solutions as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner from September 2010 to July 2019. In this role, they played a key role in supporting the HR needs of the organization.

From September 2007 to August 2010, Nesha served as the Regional Human Resources Safety Manager at AAF International (American Air Filter). Prior to that, they worked at Penske Truck Leasing as a Regional Human Resources Manager from November 2004 to July 2007.

Nesha's career in Human Resources began at ACCO BRANDS USA LLC where they held multiple roles. Nesha served as a Human Resources Manager from May 1999 to October 2004 and as a Human Resources Generalist from January 1993 to May 1999.

Nesha Steele, SPHR, holds a Master's degree in Human Services Management from National Louis University, which was completed from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Governors State University, completing their studies between 2011 and 2013. Nesha also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from Comcast Business, although the specific date of attainment is not provided.
